What are the consequences of cancelling the escrow to buy a new house? - best escrow

Approx. 4-5 months, I decided to buy a new house and the guard used. Escrow closed in mid-October (after 45 days compared to) when construction is completed. Because of the high purchase price and interest rates, I prefer now not to buy and maintain.

My question is: what are the consequences of the annulment including as a trustee, is only 45 days. I think I will lose my deposit, but is there something else? (My contract seems to mention that I lose the deposit.)

I also have a better reason than not "want people to buy more house to" cancel order to live?
